Based in London, Sabine Vinck leads the firm's Leadership Advisory Services Practice in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She advises clients on a range of leadership and talent topics, including assessment and development, succession planning, team effectiveness, and organizational culture.
Expert in leadership development and business transformation
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Sabine was associate dean at London Business School, overseeing the school’s executive education arm. During her tenure, the organization experienced significant growth and was ranked as one of the leading executive development providers in the world. She personally led the design and delivery of executive development solutions for a range of large global companies.
- Sabine is particularly interested in supporting individual leaders, their teams and their organizations through transitions. Trained as a coach, she has significant experience in assessing senior leaders and supporting their individual and collective development. She works with companies and their boards on making the most of their talent pools by actively planning for succession and shaping organizational cultures that are aligned with their objectives. She is a recipient of Spencer Stuart’s Lou Rieger Quality Award.
- Early in her career, Sabine held leadership positions in a financial services firm, serving in risk management, operations and client-facing roles in the United States and Europe.
Sabine earned a master’s degree in education from Harvard University and also holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in applied physics from Cornell University. She is fluent in English, French and Italian, and speaks some Dutch. She is also trained as a pianist and continues to perform regularly.
