We have conducted more than 1,000 executive search and leadership consulting assignments for professional and IT services clients over the past three years. Two-thirds of our business has come from repeat clients; 70% of our placements have been identified within the first four weeks of a search. We also share our clients’ dedication to diverse leadership: In the past three years, nearly one-third of our placements are members of underrepresented groups.
