- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Mitsuhiro was a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where he was deeply involved in strategy and operations for technology, media and telecommunications companies. His responsibilities included developing strategies for client digital transformation (DX) and M&A while collaborating closely with Deloitte’s global teams.
- Previously, Mitsuhiro was a global sales, marketing and business development leader at Sharp, based out of their Japan and European headquarters. This experience provided him valuable insight into diverse business cultures and the unique operational challenges.
Mitsuhiro holds a postgraduate diploma in organisational leadership from the University of Oxford, an M.B.A. from IE Business School and a B.A. in commerce from Waseda University.
