- Charlotte founded the research project APPLIED (Analysis and Prediction of Performance of Leaders, Innovators & Entrepreneurs in the Digital Age) at the BSP Business School in Berlin and conducts additional ongoing research on human AI interaction and evidence-based diagnostics.
- She has years of experience as an independent consultant in the field of management diagnostics, including the consulting, teaching and training of CEOs, investors, board and management members in arenas such as data-backed search and decision-making and implementation of valid assessment models and methods.
- Her deep, diverse background also includes consulting roles and lead positions in international organizations like Scope Group, Lufthansa Technik or Scholz & Friends as well as heading IQP Academy – Institute for Quality Assurance in personnel selection and development.
Charlotte has a doctorate degree in engineering psychology, specialized in diagnostics and predictive analytics, with over 60 publications to her name. She is married and a mother of three children.
