Tadashi leverages experience in private equity, healthcare, talent, and business operations to be a strategic advisor and partner to funds as they explore optimal ways to deploy capital and grow shareholder value.

- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Tadashi was a senior member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice of a leading executive search and advisory firm focused exclusively on the private equity markets. Tadashi supported clients across the entire deal process from investment thesis development to due diligence support and pre- and post-deal management team/board searches.
- Previously, Tadashi was the Director of Operations for Hydromine, a multinational, family-owned energy company, and a senior member of the Human Resources Officer Practice of a global executive search firm. He began his career as an analyst with ClearBridge Compensation Group, where he advised public company and private equity clients on incentive and long-term compensation design and strategy.
Tadashi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a native English and Japanese speaker.
