She is a passionate adviser on strategic issues related to executive search, workforce management and transformation, leadership development and succession, and career transitions. - Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Sofía was a member of the Argentinean leadership team at a global executive search firm for 18 years, where she focused on the technology and healthcare practices. She has led the successful recruitment of leadership and C-level positions in large and mid-sized multinational and local clients, including startups, family-businesses, established companies and transformational projects.
- Earlier in her career, she was a consultant for Accenture’s change management consulting practice, where she developed experience around financial services in Argentina and Chile.
Sofía earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
