Patricia Holland brings 30 years of professional experience and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector's dynamics to Spencer Stuart. She has held leadership positions across marketing, sales and general management in verticals including investment banking, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, medical devices and diagnostics.
Patricia has successfully led initiatives ranging from go-to-market models and change management to product and brand introductions, divestitures, dealer/distributor channel development and high-performing team building. She firmly believes that innovation in products and services, combined with discovery and development of leadership, can significantly shape healthcare.

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Patricia worked for Beneficência Portuguesa (BP) de São Paulo, where she directed and restructured the diagnostic and therapies operations, turning around medical services and results, and redefining business strategies and optimizing team profiles and configurations to enhance performance.

Most recently, she led commercial, business development and expansion initiatives of BP hospital services, partnering with consolidated major payors, pharmaceutical and device companies, and healthtech startups to create differentiated offerings and implement innovative digital management solutions for patient health.
- Patricia previously worked as head of Philips Healthcare Brazil, where she led several key initiatives, including the development of a new channel strategy for increased profitability, implemented a Philips Capital large-scale project, and collaborated closely with global HR designing fit-to-role projects for the commercial and services areas of business.
- She spent 16 years at Johnson & Johnson, holding several executive positions across divisions including consumer products, vision care, pharmaceutical and medical devices in Brazil, Latin America and the USA.
Patricia holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP) and has an M.B.A. from FIA/USP University of São Paulo. She is certified by Stanford University GSB in corporate innovation and by IBGC in corporate governance.
