Lynn is also a passionate advocate for helping clients build high-performing, diverse and inclusive teams, and she co-leads Spencer Stuart’s Asian, South Asian & Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group.
Based in Los Angeles, Lynn is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Officer and Human Resources Officer practices, focusing on CFO, CHRO and other senior-level finance and HR leadership roles for a broad range of publicly traded, private equity-backed and high-growth private companies. Her work spans industries, with significant depth in the consumer and hospitality sectors.

She has helped place hundreds of executives in leading companies around the world who transform their functions, help their business scale and steer business turnarounds. She also advises organizations on C-suite succession planning, leadership development and assessment, and top team performance.
- Prior to Spencer Stuart, Lynn was a senior partner and executive committee member for another top tier executive search firm, where she led the firm’s consumer practice.
- Earlier, Lynn worked in investment management at Morgan Stanley, and she began her career placing software engineers at venture-backed startups in Silicon Valley.
Lynn received her M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Business, where she was a Dean’s Scholar, and a B.S. in industrial engineering from Stanford University.
