Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Karina spent more than nine years working in Nordic consumer goods companies across roles in sales, business development and M&A.

She started her career as a consultant and project leader at The Boston Consulting Group, where she spent five years working with retail and consumer goods across Europe.
Karina earned an MSc from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim (NTNU) in industrial economics and technology management and has a diploma degree within finance from Boston University.
