Issy Fenwick specialises in finance leadership searches across a range of ownership structures, including FTSE 100, 250, small cap and AIM public companies, private equity portfolio companies and privately-owned businesses. She has extensive experience working across multiple industries, and as a core member of our Financial Officer Practice, works on an international scale across the globe.
Developing and discovering finance leadership
- Issy has deep experience across executive search, succession planning and market research projects. She focuses on both group CFO and CFO-1 appointments, including divisional finance directors and specialist roles such as controllership, treasury, tax, investor relations and audit.
- She has particular expertise in the financial services sector, with a track record of supporting CFO appointments across the buy side, sell side and insurance.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Issy worked for a global management consulting business in London, where she focused on change management.
Issy graduated from Durham University, where she earned a B.A. in modern languages. She speaks French and Spanish and has lived abroad in Paris, Madrid and Buenos Aires.
