Fabio Moioli is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media, Telecommunications & Services Practice. He brings an extensive experience in artificial intelligence and in the global technology industry. In his role, he advises clients on the leadership implications of new technologies, helping organizations to find new leaders who can drive business and technology transformations.
Adviser on technology leadership and transformational change
- Fabio has deep experience in technology and transformational change management. Most recently, Fabio held leadership and consulting roles at Microsoft, where he led projects across 14 European countries and headed up the Italian consulting and services team, winning recognition for his work in digital transformation for several years.
- He previously served as vice president at Capgemini, where he was also a member of the "global experts" team for the internet of things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI). Formerly at McKinsey, he was focused on change management and operations. Earlier in his career, Fabio worked as a project director on advanced telecommunications systems for Ericsson.
- Fabio is a frequent speaker at international conferences and author focusing on the opportunities and challenges raised by AI and other exponential technologies, including the ethical implications and how human intelligence can be complemented by AI.
Fabio is a member of the global Forbes Technology Council as well as a member of several scientific and innovation committees. He is a lecturer for Singularity University, the State University of Milan and POLIMI Graduate School of Management (MIP Politecnico di Milano). Fabio holds a degree in computer engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an M.Sc. in telecommunications engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He has worked in the United States, Canada, Scandinavia, Central and Southern Europe.
