Claudia Gonzalez Marino is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services and CFO practices. With global experience and an extensive financial services background, she is a trusted adviser to clients, including work with financial institutions and with corporate finance functions. Claudia has particular expertise working with NGOs, family offices, private banks and financial advisers in Mexico.
A trusted client adviser with well-rounded financial acumen
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Claudia worked for a global leadership consulting firm, with clients in global banking, investment banking, wealth management and consumer financial banking.
- Previously, she worked at Finaccess, J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse. Prior to that, Claudia logged more than a decade in relationship management at Deutsche Bank in Mexico, Hamburg and New York, where she prospected new clients, managed portfolios and investments and volunteered as the head of the Deutsche Bank Americas Foundation in Mexico.
- She began her career as an analyst with Privest, a Mexico-based investment firm.
Claudia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration as well as a certification in portfolio management from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. She sits on the board of Fundación EDUCA México, A.C., a nonprofit organization that supports a network of schools serving low-income children and teenagers. She is also on the board of Asdeporte, a sports event organizer.
