Regina Glocker is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s New York office and a core member of its Financial Services Practice. She has deep knowledge of credit, market, treasury and non-financial risk. Regina is considered to be a trusted adviser to clients and candidates alike. She is known for her thorough, diligent approach to client service and authentic, longstanding commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Expert in diversity and banking and capital markets
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Regina was the founding partner of SHE Global Search, a diversity-focused search firm.
- Earlier she founded several search boutiques, including Exchange Place Partners, which merged with Hedley May in 2017. Before that, Regina was a partner with another leading global search firm in its investment banking/capital markets group.
- Prior to her career in executive search, Regina sold derivative and debt capital market products to global energy companies and financial services firms for Chase Securities/Chemical Securities. She worked in Aetna’s private placement group before business school.
Regina earned an A.B. in economics from Dartmouth College and a master’s in public and private management (MPPM) from the Yale School of Management. She also earned a diversity and inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
