Helping new organizations invent their leadership culture and established ones reinvent themselves
- In her role at Kincentric, now a Spencer Stuart company, Radhika partnered with the leading Indian global automobile giant to transform its culture from a command-and-control style to one of coaching and empowerment, and from a fragmented team to a unified one.
-
She also collaborated with the owner-promoters of one of India’s leading business conglomerates to transform its organizational identity in order to empower the best and brightest talent and develop a pipeline for next-gen leaders.
- As one last example of her many successful projects, Radhika articulated and helped implement a compelling employer brand for a large global conglomerate. This project involved behavioral mapping of aspirational leadership traits, identifying a talent pool and creating career roadmaps for future leaders.
