Wealth of real estate knowledge
- Peter joined Spencer Stuart after more than 20 years with the global real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle, most recently as the firm’s chief strategy officer. Previously, he served in a variety of roles with the company, including global chief operating officer and global chief financial officer.
- Peter also spent a decade as CEO of the Americas at Jones Lang LaSalle. During that time the business grew six-fold, to revenues of nearly $2 billion, through an equal mix of organic growth and mergers and acquisitions.
- Peter began his career as an assistant treasurer in the aerospace and defense contractor unit of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York.
Peter graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College with an A.B. with distinction in Economics. He also earned his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. Peter is a member of ULI and the Economic Club of Chicago. He previously served on the board of trustees of the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital, the Latin School of Chicago, and the Ravinia Festival and on the Real Estate Advisory Committee at Dartmouth College.
