Laura Osthoff is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team with over 15 years of consulting experience encompassing executive assessments, leadership development and executive search. Her focus lies in identifying capabilities and potential of senior executives and talents, helping to increase their individual and team effectiveness. An expert in behaviour change, Laura designs tailored leadership development journeys and supports executive’s development through coaching. In addition to her executive assessment work, Laura gets involved in interventions that focus on diagnosing and improving organizational culture and enhancing team effectiveness.
Executive assessment and behaviour change expertise
- Prior to transitioning to the Leadership Advisory Services team, Laura worked in Spencer Stuart’s executive search business. As core member of the EMEA Healthcare Practice she built industry know-how across biopharma, generics, OTC and R&D businesses as well as markets. She contributed to building the firm’s market expertise in Central and Eastern Europe and the Emerging Markets region.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Laura worked at another international executive search company with focus on pan-European assignments in IT and telecommunication. She began her career by launching her own business in executive search.
Laura graduated from University of Kaposvár with a BSc. in agricultural science. She holds a Professional Certificate in Coaching and a Diploma in Coaching and Behaviour Change from the Henley Business School, University of Reading. She speaks German, English, Hungarian and Italian.
